Please read my refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges. This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.

Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline

I offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. I believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for my business.

2. Acceptable Item Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. Please note that my artworks are not mass-produced factory products but they are all one of a kind.

3. Refund and Shipping Charges

I understand the importance of transparent and fair refunds and shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ilaria Berenice Gasperoni, via Gavi 36, 15069 Serravalle Scrivia, Italy.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

For refunds, I offer the following options:

  • Replacement/Exchange: I’ll replace the artwork with a similar size artwork as per your preference, subject to availability. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Money Refund: I’ll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
  • Full Refund: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’ll issue a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if the artwork doesn’t come back as it was shipped to you. 
  • Line-Item Refund: For items that are part of a larger order, I may issue a refund for the specific item returned.
  • Gift Card: I can issue a gift card with the refund amount for you to use on future purchases.
  • Store Credit: You can choose to receive store credit, which can be used on any future purchases with me.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

4. Items Eligible for Refund/Return/Exchange

While I strive to accommodate such requests, please note that not all items on my website are eligible for exchange, refund, or return.

  • Personalized Products: artworks that have been specifically created and customized for the customer.
  • Products Sold as Part of Sets/Bundles: Items sold as part of a set or bundle, where individual items may not be eligible for exchange.
