Repayment options
The deadline for requesting a refund is 30 days from the date of purchase of the work. Keep in mind that each piece of artwork is handmade and one-of-a-kind; they are not mass-produced factory products.
I offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is not damaged and the package is in proper condition:
- Replacement. I will replace the work with another of the same size.
- Cash repayment. I will refund you the cost of the item spent on the purchase.
I am considering introducing Gift cards to make your future purchases easier. Stay tuned!
You can choose the option you prefer, however, I reserve the right to change the list of available options based on returned items, your location, banking conditions or other reasons that may create difficulties for both parties.
How to return a purchased item
Fill out the return form: Go to the contact page and fill out the form correctly indicating:
Order number
Product you are returning
Reason for return
Whether you want a refund or replacement
⚠️ If you do not mention the order number, I will not be able to process the return.
Packaging:
Repackage the work in the original box or crate and packaging.
Shipping:
Take the package to any post office and obtain proof of shipment with tracking number.
📦 The shipping cost for returned items is at your expense.

What happens next
I will email you as soon as I receive your return in its original condition.
Inspection: The item will be inspected upon arrival.
⚠️ If the item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped, I will not be able to issue a refund.
Refund Time: If everything is in order, you will receive your refund within 10 business days depending on the payment method used.
Refund for Gift Card Purchases: If you used a Gift Card, you will receive a new Gift Card for the amount spent.
