Part of the Architectures of Becoming series, Grounded Light is structured around a vertical tension between weight and radiance.

Layered surfaces and material gestures build a dense lower field, while a luminous circular form stabilizes the upper plane. The composition develops through intuitive construction rather than predetermined design.

The work balances gravitational density and atmospheric expansion. The radiant center does not illustrate light — it anchors it, creating a structural dialogue between grounding and ascent.

Here, illumination functions as axis rather than symbol.
