Shades of human aspects. In abstract faces the subject is just a point of reference from which to start, faces then take their own path through the creative flow. What matters to me is the expression, the human aspects that faces convey in all their nuances. These abstract faces are made with various different techniques, depending on the instinct of the moment, so that the works remain authentic, fresh and spontaneous. So in abstract representations of faces, similarity becomes secondary. The face is present, but above all it represents a personal expression, with some references to the original subject.
