This episode marks the beginning of a new phase in the Stories and Characters podcast.
Until now, the podcast has consisted primarily of audio interviews with a single protagonist, with my voice always present to introduce, ask questions, and accompany the story.
This episode, however, was born from a new inspiration.
It’s a video.
A short documentary.
A different way of telling a story.
While in painting I’ve often created portraits of people on canvas, this time I felt the desire to depict a place through images, sounds, and editing. A place made of land, vineyards, wine, art, and people.
In this mini documentary, I wanted to portray La Bollina Winery through its landscapes and daily life, but above all through the humanity of the people who experience it every day.
More than portraying a company, I wanted to portray an ecosystem made of relationships, memory, passion, and territory.
Among the Gavi hills, where wine meets history and culture, a reality emerges that preserves not only vineyards and cellars, but also stories, traditions, and a deep connection to this land.
