From the sea of consciousness

This is a large, minimal, almost conceptual abstract work, representing how everything arises from consciousness, thoughts, ideas, inspirations. There are small collage sections, which add a dimension of texture and depth to the whole, which are small windows through which we observe fragments or aspects of the larger consciousness.

The transition of color in the background symbolizes a kind of evolution, journey or transition from one state of consciousness au another. The stains and splashes of color in the background, along with the dripping traces of paint, represent the free and fluid process of thought and inspiration manifesting in the physical world. The contrast between the ordered and disordered areas reflects the tension between order and chaos in the human mind.

I wanted to reduce the visual elements to the essentials to focus more on intrinsic meaning and symbolism rather than aesthetic representation. This is an invitation for the viewer to reflect on his or her own personal interpretation of consciousness, thought and inspiration.
